We have a “hands-on” coaching methodology that will guide, support and encourage you all the way in achieving your cycling goals.

We have been playing a meaningful role in the lives of many of the best cycling talent in South Africa since 2003 and have assisted many cyclists to achieve their dreams of getting onto a podiums on both the local and international cycling arenas. Some of the top cyclist whom we have had the privilege to assist and are still assisting include: James Reid, Candice Neethling, Alan Hatherley, Frankie du Toit, Bianca Haw and Kim le Court, to mention just a few.

Absolute Motion Performance Coaching makes use of some of the best coaching software in the world and with our long experience in assisting riders to achieve their potential we can now also help you to enjoy your riding more by becoming faster and stronger.

We offer 3 coaching programs and cater for all levels of cyclists:

  1. Mountain Bike Skills Coaching

Mountain Biking is more fun when you are better at it!

Absolute Cycling offers 2 programs:

  • Basics of Mountain Biking
    • Aimed at novices and newbies
    • 3 hours

    • You have been riding for a while and want to go faster and be more brave

  1. Club Level Performance Coaching

If you need to balance work and life, but you still want to be competitive in your age group, this level of coaching is for you.

 

  1. Elite Level Performance Coaching

If you are serious about going as fast as you can and your life revolves around your bike, this is your coaching level.

Introduction: Johann is UCI accredited coach and is based in Hilton, KZN. He has been assisting both mountain bikers and road cyclists to realise their cycling dreams since 2003. Johann gets very involve with his athletes and understand the responsibility and opportunity he has to have a positive impact on his athlete’s lives through assisting them in living their cycling dreams.

Introduction: Nadine is based in Johannesburg and is a qualified Sport Scientist and UCI level 1 Cycling Coach with 9 years of practice & experience with performance coaching both elite as well as amateur athletes for various sports disciplines. Nadine is extremely passionate about cycling – as an athlete and a coach – and understands the racing demands placed on athletes through a variety of competitive levels.
