Doing the hard work with friends is always easier.

Each of our training camps are designed with a specific purpose in mind, whilst #lovetheride is not forgotten.

  • January – Elite Mountain Bike Endurance
  • June/July – Mountain bike Specialisation
  • October – Road Endurance
  • December  – Road Specialisation
  • December – Intermediate Mountain bike Endurance

What equipment do I need?

  • Quality heart rate monitor (all coaching options)
  • Power meter on your bike (Elite coaching option)
  • SMART Trainer (E – Racing)

Note: SMART Trainers are not needed on all coaching options but will enhance your training experience across all coaching options.

How do I start?

Choose your Absolute Motion Coach and reach out to them. They will take you through the process.

How to communicate with my coach?

We pride ourselves on communication and being available whenever you need us. Whattsapp is our first line of communication and emails if need be. We also often have scheduled phone calls and feedback videos.
