In this podcast episode, Guy Krige tells us about his race and experience at the recent The Ceder. Guy decided to take on this race after being bullied into doing it by coach Johann Wykerd! The Ceder is a 150 km gravel race with about 2500m of climbing in the rugged Cederberg, known for pushing riders to their limits with it’s rough terrain.
